At Beauté Trap LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

• We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
• Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or withdrawal, please contact us via email at:

3. Return Instructions

• Contact us first at support@beautetrap.com to start the return process.
• Pack your items securely in the original packaging or equivalent.
• Ship returns to:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

 

• Custom Wig Units (Made-to-Order): All sales are final. These items are handcrafted and personalized, and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Hair Care Products (Growth Oil, Butter, etc.): Due to hygiene and safety, these products are non-returnable.
• Sale items and accessories are also final sale.
